1. Can I order material's sample?
  • Yes, you can order a sample of the material on the product page. To add a sample to your cart, click "Order sample" on the product description page. The sample is 20 cm x 20 cm. The cost of the sample is only PLN 2.20. Delivery cost in accordance with the price list.

2.  Where can I find information on the care and maintenance of materials?
  • Information on the care and maintenance of materials can be found on the product's detailed page in the "Product Details" tab.
3. What is the minimum quantity of order?
  • The minimum order quantity is 0.5 mb, regardless of the type of material. We cut materials every 0.5 meters. If you have questions, we'll be happy to help: sklep@efabrics.pl
4.  Do I have to be registered to make a purchase?
  • No. In our store you can do "Quick shopping" without prior registration. Your data will not be saved because we will not create a customer account for you. Fill your cart and move on. In the next step you will be able to choose whether you want to register or do "Quick shopping".
5. How much time do I have to make a payment after making an order?
  • Payments have to be made within 3 days after placing the order. After this time, your order will be automatically canceled.
6. Where can I check the status of my order?
  • If You are registered in our store, You can check the status of Your order in the "My Account" tab, at "History and order details".
7. Can I make change in my order or cancel it?

8. When do I receive the products from the order?
  • The Product delivery date consists of the time of completing the Product and the time of delivery of the Product by the carrier. The time of completing the Product is 1 business day from the moment of accepting the Order for implementation by the Seller. Delivery of the Product by the carrier takes place within the deadline declared by him, i.e. from 1 to 2 business days from the moment the shipment was sent (delivery takes place only on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

9. Can I track the status of my shipment?
  • Yes. You will receive a message with the package number and a link to track the shipment to the e-mail address you provided.
10. Can I change the delivery address?
  • Yes, You can provide a different shipping address on Your customer account or when ordering.
11. How can I make a complaint or return a product?
  • Detailed information on returns and complaints can be found in the tab "Returns and complaints".

12. I have received an incorrect or incomplete order. What now?
  • In the event of an incorrect order (despite all efforts, they happen, for which we apologize in advance) please contact us by email sklep@efabrics.pl or by phone +48 500 600 602 to determine the next steps.

13. What time will I receive a refund after I return the products?
  • Payment return will take place immediately, within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. We reserve the right to withhold payment until we receive a return or proof of shipment. The refund deadline depends on the payment method you choose.

14. Are we doing wholesale?
  • Yes. Wholesale orders relate to the purchase of full material beams. More information can be found in the "Discounts and wholesale" tab.
